EDFC warmly invites you to join us at our Presentation Night on Saturday the 1st of November at the Bathurst Showground 5:30pm arrival for a 6pm start.
A night to have dinner, catch up and to celebrate the achievements of our amazing club and players. We will hear from the coaches of each senior team along with the presentation of our club awards and Bathurst Football awards. The night will take place in the Pavilion at the Bathurst Showground. Please ensure you are seated ready for the commencement at 6pm.
Dinner will be catered by food van, Chapter 9.2. Please pre select your dinner option below.
EDFC will have a bar running with cash and eftpos. All those over the age of 18 will be provided with a wrist band upon arrival. There is to be no BYO alcohol. Anyone who breaches these rules will be immediately removed from the function.
Following dinner and the formalities we have a DJ until midnight. Cocktail or smart casual attire is recommended. The Pavilions are effected by the external weather, so please dress to the appropriate weather conditions.
There will be a raffle along with a 100 club and also a few lucky door prizes.
